Bucket List for MLB Fans
As teams have reported to Florida and Arizona for the start of Spring Training, its been quiet as usual on the blog as theres not much to write about during the off-season.
Last evening I came out with a list of great things I myself and probably many baseball fans would like to accomplish in their life time for baseball.
What I came up with- in no sort of order..
1. Visit all 30 MLB Ballparks
2. Attend a World Series game
3. Attend a All Star Game/ Hr. Derby
4. Visit the baseball HOF in Cooperstown
5. Catch a game Homerun
6. Take tours of classic ballpark (Wrigley Field, Fenway Park)
7. Get autograph directly from a player/ your favorite player
8. Get picture taken with a player
9. Take a Spring Training Trip
10. Own a partial or full season Ticket Plan for your favorite team
11. Attend a doubleheader
12. Visit Baseball Musuems (Negro league, Louisville Slugger, ect)
13. Snag a special commemorative baseball
14. Be shown on a ballpark’s Jumbotron
15. Eat Ballpark classics (Boog’s BBQ, Dodger Dog, Primanti Bro’s, ect)
16. Catch a players first Major-league Homer
17. Get an item from a player- (bat, batting gloves, hat)
18. Throw out a first pitch
19. Sit in Steve Bartman’s seat at Wrigley Field
20. Sit on top of Green Monster at Fenway
21. Sit with the “Bleacher Creatures” at Yankee Stadium
22. Attend over 25 games in one season
23. Attend a MLB game outside the USA (Japan, WBC, ect)
24. Attend a Yankee vs Red Sox rivalry game
25. Be on the field during a team’s batting practice
How many of these did you complete? Have any more to add to the list? Leave comments below!
Todd and Tim Cook’s Baseball Log
Did you ever want to record stats, or scores, or jot down memories you made at a baseball game you have attended but had no where to write them?
A problem, no more!
Fellow baseball fans Todd Cook and his sons Tim and Kellan, who love baseball and the Mariners go to many baseball games every season to collect baseballs, and just make memories every trip to the ballpark. Todd in his life did not have a place to record his previous baseball adventures and he did not want the same to be said about his son Tim, so he invented this Baseball log!
You can follow their fun baseball adventures on their blog

And read more bout the Baseball Log from Todd his self

I ordered the Baseball Log off Amazon and received it on Monday afternoon. I quickly wrote down the games I have attended so far in the games column. I love this and think it is a great invention for any baseball fan to have!
If you want your own copy of the great Baseball Log you can get one here!

2012 Season Goals/ Long Term Goals
We are only 50-something days away from the 2012 MLB season! And after not much snow has not fallen this Winter, I am ready for spring more then ever!:
I want to get alot accomplished this season, ballhawking wise, collecting wise, and I want a very sucessful season in terms of ballhawking for me. Here are some things that will help me have a successful first ballhawking season.
I am 16 years old and going to turn 17 in April. My rookie ballhawking goals below
1. get my first ever ball
2. get any sort of game ball (home run, foul ball, gr double ect)
3. collect some autographs
4. visit atlease three new ballparks- Already 1 down at NYS, now likely to go to PNC and philadelphia this season!
5. Attend 7+ games this season, will be my highest amount of games in one season for me! 6. Get a picture with a player
———————————————————————-
So those are the goals that I can think of that I want to complete no doubt this season. Now some long terms.
1. see all 30 teams- gunna take some time but I see myself doing this soon, more likje another two years or so
2. see all current ballparks- longshot as of now but very well hoping to see all 30 ballparks and more in the future
3. go to an all star game- nothing like the shot of getting ball after ball hit to your section at the HR Derby. Also get an ASG ball on its sight!
check back on my blog as I blog about my ballpark adventures during the season! Also expect many other entries of other things as well.
Bye for now!

I only been to about 10 games in my life, but I am now going more and more and will now try to snag my first ever baseball and become a ballhawk through my rookie year and beyond. SO just a quick brief introduction as I enter my rookie ballhawk season and ill post some links as you can follow my ballhawking adventures and other things I write about.
